Returns and refunds

We want you to feel the difference. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-day returns: If you're not satisfied for any reason, return your Orlo brace within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No forms. No explanations required. Just contact us and we'll send you the return address.

Condition: Items should be returned in their original condition. Normal wear from trying the product is fine.

Refund timeline: Processed within 3 business days of return confirmation. May take 3–5 additional days to appear in your account.

Wrong item or damaged: Contact us via chat with a photo and we'll send a replacement same day.
